ACE - Question of the month

The EU Commission is currently considering the development of a Building Passport. Similar to medical records or a car’s maintenance log book information, such a passport would allow access to key building-related documentation and information, in order to support investment decisions, facilitate maintenance, repair, renovation of a building and recycling of building elements.
